Light the Night

Light the Night is an annual walk that is organized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society across the United States and in Canada. On this night, participants walk to raise funds for research and patient services for people battling cancer. Register here.
Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is an organization that works to build houses for families in need. Donors help raise funds and volunteers actually work on the houses which are sold at no profit and no interest to the designated families.

We will be helping out with a safe Halloween event at the community center. Wear dark clothing or costumes. We will be helping to hand out candy and walk children around.
Ronald McDonald House

Saturday, November 14th – 9:30am to 12:00pm
The Ronald McDonald House provides affordable temporary housing to families that must travel to Sacramento to receive medical treatment for a seriously ill or injured child. To keep the premises clean and to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for these families, the Ronald McDonald House holds Outdoor Work Parties every second Saturday of each month. Volunteers garden and clean the grounds.
