If you care about the past, please join us in San Luis Obispo on October 23-25, 2008 for the 28th annual conference of the California Council for the Promotion of History. You'll have an opportunity to share your historical interests with others, and to discover what's new and exciting in California history. In addition to many interesting and engaging sessions, there will be several planned mobile sessions that will explore local and regional historical themes at various sites throughout the beautiful San Luis Obispo County.

Conference Stipends
CCPH offers a limited number of stipends to students and new professionals in history to help pay for expenses related to attending the annual conference. Look here soon for information and applications.
