What is ATS?

The Academic Talent Search (ATS) program provides academically challenging, fast-paced, and enriched coursework to highly able and motivated sixth through ninth grade students in Northern California. ATS has an established tradition of providing educational experiences that are both stimulating and fun.

Sponsored by the CSUS School of Education, ATS began in 1982 by providing instruction in Mathematics, Expository Writing, and Study Skills to 106 scholars. Now in its 17th year, ATS is offering over one hundred classes at four sites to students representing more than 500 public and private schools.
