This part of the web page is devoted to some of my more personal pursuits and interests - those that fall outside of my work "proper". Whether it is traveling around the world, hiking, photography or the arts, most of my interests are, in some way, related to my interest in biology and my love of the natural world.

When I am not working in the Biology Department at CSUS, I like to spend time hiking, traveling, fusing glass or doing photography.
