"Using a variety of techniques I was able to strike a balance between geometric forms, and flowing organic shapes. The raised shape on the front of the pendant curves up and out to the sides, becoming the focus of the piece. Small coral cabochons accent the form and move the eye upwards. The dark horizontal lines imitate the pattern in the woven chain and unify the piece."
