Midpontine Level
Level of the pons with the trigeminal tract and Nerve.
A horizontal section with the trigeminal nerve attached.
The superior cerebellar peduncle and
the superior
medullary velum are located
posteriorly. The middle cerebellar peduncles are lateral and the
corticospinal
tracts fiber are surrounded by the pontine nuclei
(ipsilateral bundles).
