semester, bemusedly examines his new Renaissance
nametag. He and his wife Jody, a Forum speaker on April 20,

Welcome to the Renaissance Society

A partnership between the Sacramento area's older adults
and California State University, Sacramento

What is Renaissance?

It's an organization, in partnership with the California State University, Sacramento, that provides opportunities for participatory lifelong learning and community engagement for older adults.

What's that? It means members choose to study topics proposed by peers who lead the seminars. These widely varied subjects constantly evolve from the interests of the members.

Many of our seminars are on Fridays and Saturdays on the Sacramento State campus. Others take place in various locations and days.

Interested? Look around this site. You might find Renaissance is for you!

As part of your membership, you will be mailed The Recorder newsletter. You can choose to opt out of a printed-and-mailed newsletter when you sign up; you can alternatively read the April Recorder here. And you can find the last year's worth of Recorders here.
