iPad Basics (C)

Do you want to learn the basics about using your iPad? This seminar provides demonstrations and hands-on participation. You will enjoy tapping and pushing buttons. Topics include introductions to the display, controls, gestures, and several apps including Mail, Contacts, Notes, Safari (Internet), Calendar and Camera. No experience needed, but participants should have an Apple ID and password and have e-mail set up on their iPhone. Registration required here. Bring your device to Rendezvous to set up WiFi account for use in class. Limited to 30 participants.

Do you want to do some fun projects with your iPad or iPhone? Coordinator team assists seminar participants to select projects of interest using photo and graphic apps for capturing, organizing and presenting pictures. Class activities include downloading apps, demonstration of techniques and hands-on practice. Purchase of apps and photo finishing may be required, cost under $30. This is intermediate level; knowledge of iOS basics is needed, Apple ID and iCloud accounts setup on your device. Limited to 30 participants. Your CSUS WiFi accounts will be issued and set up at Rendezvous. Registration required here.

Some iOS (iPad or iPhone) experience is helpful; participants should have Apple and iCloud accounts and e-mail set up on their devices. Drop in, but registration required here.
