What is Rho Epsilon?
Rho Epsilon is a professional student organization dealing with real estate, the real estate industry and all related fields - including brokerage, construction, escrow, development, etc.

Who may be a member of Rho Epsilon?
Pretty much anyone...The organization is co-ed. So whether you are male, female, a graduate or undergraduate student, or from any major at CSUS, you are eligible to join. We also welcome alumni members. And finally, maybe even junior college students may be able to join...Just let us know.

What are the costs?
Dues are $35 a semester, or even better - $50 a year. If, you attend only one networking seminar - you've gotten your money's worth.

What does Rho Epsilon offer me?
Rho Epsilon attempts to provide you the resources you need to succeed. We will give you access to some of the top working professionals in the real estate industry through our guest speaker events, field trips, and alumni mixers. What do you want? 

Rho Epsilon sponsors speaker series and pays for our members to attend various professional industry seminars held by ACRE, CREW, NAR, ULI, etc. 

Rho Ep will help you develop a resume, networking skills, industry contacts, etc....Again, what do you want? Let us know, and we will do whatever we can to help.

About the Membership Application:

How do I get a Membership Application?
Click here to get to our web application. Just follow the directions. Fill out an app and submit it!

I clicked on the Membership Application icon and nothing happened?
Wait a few minutes. The membership application is a PDF document (notoriously slow, but accurate), which should open in your browser. 

If you get an error message, or it is taking a relative forever...email me at rho.csus@yahoo.com and I will reply back with the Membership Application attached. 

I filled the Application out...Now what?
Save the completed application on your computer (File  - Save As - "name"). Then either (a) bring the completed application to our next meeting, (b) email the the app to us as an attachment, or (c) mail it to our address. We will send a quick welcoming email that we received it...and that is it! Welcome to Rho Epsilon!
