SEA Bowling Night 2007

Ah, the night begins with everyone putting their fashionable bowling shoes on.

..Ahem. And apparently some fashionable dancing as well.

Dr. Chalmers and Dr. Lang appear to be having a good time.

Okay, okay. Maybe not...

Here's our President Egle and her fiance Paul.

Dr. Lang starts the evening off strong as the Ringer for the opposing team.
Such form. Such beauty. . .

. . .Such a poser. Even Walter can't help but laugh at him from the background.

Meanwhile, the other team cheers on Sarah and her bowlingness.

Sarah pumps her fists after yet another strike as Emily apparently gets her hair caught in the ball return. . .

Ah, looks like she managed to get it out in time for a high-five.

No, no, Egle. The object is to knock down the pins yourself, not let the machine do it. Oh well, at least she's having a good time.

The competition becomes fierce as the night rolls on as both teams develop cheering sections.

Though there's always room for high-fives between competitors.

That purposeful stride. That stylish sweater. It must be Jordan - The Greatest Man in Bowling!

. . .Okay, so maybe not the greatest. At least he still has his dignity.

The night continues with disappointment . . .

. . .And yet more dancing.

The bowling comes to an end as Economists look on. Yet, the need to dance continues. . .

Enter - Dance Dance Revolution!

Dr. Lang thinks he's somethin' special when it comes to DDR.

Apparently Dr. Chalmers says otherwise... Notice the steely-eyed look of concentration in Dr. Lang's face. He must defend his honor in the face of such a challenge.

While Eric and Jeff save the world from terrorism. . .

Others look on in disbelief . . .

As Dr. Chalmers defeats Dr. Lang in an upset-victory that will go down in history as the "Lamest thing an Economist can do after Bowling". Good fight. Good night.
