Advance registration and banquet reservations are to be made during the period from January 1, 2013 through April 12, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Note that the registration deadline is earlier for those submitting abstracts to the conference: February 19, 2013. On-site registration will be available during the conference; however, no banquet reservations will be possible then. Read more about on-site registration.
