Public television puts the “Focus” on Sac State
Sacramento State faculty, staff, and students are featured at least three times a week in 90-second news stories highlighting University programs. The segments, called “Focus,” appear on KVIE (Channel 6) and are produced through a partnership with the local public television station.
Each week more than 100,000 television viewers have an opportunity to see the stories. The videos are aired between regular programs, usually just before the top of the hour. The estimated viewing audience for the 24-week season is 2.5 million people. |
