Students from the California State University visited the State Capitol on Monday to advocate for CSU funding. The event was part of the annual California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS). Hosted by the California State Student Association, CHESS seeks to encourage and empower students to become change agents who will press for an accessible, affordable, quality public education system.
