[ applause, music ] >> It's really a one-stop shop for our students who are foster and former foster youth. Uh. It facilitates they're getting an education here at Sac State. Uh. We offer support services and we also offer financial help and we also, as of two years ago, have an emergency fund, which has been crucial to our students. [ applause, music ] >> Tires blow out, you get a chipped tooth and all these little things that you may not be able to take care of because you are studying and taking care of books and stuff. Um. So, the money definitely helps us in the long run and the short run. When you guys are done taking your pictures just stay together. If I am not here by the time you need to leave, you are going to go out that door. [ music ] >> Your money and your donation and support is well worth it. Everyone benefits from it. And just, by helping out, it gives us the opportunity to do so many things on campus and around school and when we finally get out there in the real world with a degree, it proves to us that there are people out there who were able to help us and show us that there are kind people out there that care about you.
