Academic Advising

Faculty Advisors in the Philosophy Department help students select appropriate courses within each concentration and are also helpful in exploring career options. Students should meet with their faculty advisors at least once a year. You may meet with them during their office hours or schedule an appointment. If you do not have a faculty advisor or are not sure who your advisor is, please contact the Philosophy Department Office at the phone number at the bottom of this page and one will be assigned to you. You may request to be assigned to a particular faculty advisor. You may ask faculty members other than your advisor for advice regarding specific areas. Below is a list of faculty who are best equipped to answer questions in certain areas.
