Ordering Paper and/or Supplies
We try very hard to make sure you don’t ever need to call in for paper and/or supplies (toner and staples) by having our technicians visit every machine on campus at least once a month to check and automatically replenish your supplies.
However, if you ever do
need to order additional paper and/or supplies
or to request that the copier be moved, please
enter in an
On-Line
Call Ticket or leave a message on our
Photocopy Hotline
at
278-5400.
We will need the copier number (the three digit number located on
the top of the machine), location of copier (building and room), and
a brief description of what you are requesting.
All
supply orders will typically be delivered within eight working
hours, usually much less.
Paper supplied
by the Photocopy &
Technical Support Department
is
ONLY to be used in copiers and
digital image units and SHOULD NOT be used in any other equipment,
printers, fax machines, or for personal use.
Since we only charge for the copies you make, we are not reimbursed
for the paper until it is used in the copier. Because of this, we do track paper usage. Repeated paper
shortages may be billed to your department. Departments can purchase
from us additional reams/boxes of
paper and we will deliver it to your office to be used in other
equipment.
If you would like to purchase additional paper for use for your department in your printers, fax machines or for other use, please enter in an On-Line Call Ticket. Please be sure to include your name and phone extension, the speedtype number you would like to have billed, the amount of paper you are requesting, and the location (building and room number) you would like to have the paper delivered. There is no minimum or maximum amount you can order. Just like ordering paper for the copier, we will deliver it to your department within eight working hours, usually much less.
Currently, our price for paper is $3.00 per ream (no tax or shipping cost).
