The 2013 Zone 18 Meeting will be held at Sacramento State on Saturday, April 20th, with a special public lecture on the evening of the 19th.

Friday Evening - Special Public Lecture
Prof. Natalie Batalha will be giving a free public lecture at 7:30PM titled "Beyond the Cradle: Kepler's Search for New Worlds" on the evening of Friday the 19th for those who arrive early enough. This talk will be at a more "general public" level than her talk on Saturday. On Friday evening (6PM - 10PM), there will be complimentary parking in Parking Structure 2 for those attending this talk. The talk is in the University Union's Redwood Room. We'll have a registration table there for SPS Zone Meeting Attendees.
Saturday - Main Program
All events on Saturday will be held in Mendocino Hall Room 1015. The closest parking lots are Lot 2 and 4. Parking permits are required and can be purchased at one of the numerous yellow boxes on campus. The permit is valid in any student and faculty/staff spot on the weekend. It is not valid in residence hall spaces.
