Bruce Bikle, criminal justice, presented a paper on the division of criminal justice program evaluation at the Western Society of Criminology Meetings in Long Beach on Feb. 21, 2004. He also recently testified before the Assembly Committee on Public Safety on the subject of educational programs for inmates and parolees.
