Presented a paper titled "The California Courts' Treatment of Prop
21" at a panel discussion in February 2002 for the Western Society
of Criminology's Annual Conference. The paper focuses on
Juvenile transfer to adult court, with specific attention to the
California Supreme Court's disposition of the changes to the law
of transfer required by the passage of Proposition 21 in March of
2000.

Liberties examining the U.S. Supreme Court's treatment of
