International Applicants

International visa students submit the International CSU Mentor application.

Applying to the graduate program in Public Policy and Administration requires two applications:
1) the supplemental program application and
2) the CSU on-line graduate application (or international on-line application).

Upload, USPS, email, fax, or hand-delivery are all acceptable methods for delivering supplemental program applications and supporting documents.
Letters of recommendation cannot be uploaded to CSU Mentor and are typically delivered under separate from the rest of the application.
