Application Forms

Applying to the graduate program in Public Policy and Administration requires two applications:

  1. supplemental program application
    get_acrobat_reader_here
  2. Cal State Apply graduate application

Submit Your Application

See the Office of Graduate Studies Graduate Admissions page for detailed instructions on submitting your application.

For your supplemental program application documents, you may email (ppa-01@csus.edu), deliver in person, or mail any documents to the Department. This includes letters of recommendation. We will also accept electronic submission of documents online.

A note about letters of recommendation:
You have the option of using the University's online letter of recommendation system [tutorial]. If you use the online system, you do not need to use the Department's recommendation form.

The application period for fall 2018 is October 1, 2017 - March 1, 2018. Priority deadline is December 1.

We do not have spring admissions.
