Fall 2013 Deadline
Because the final Fall 2013 deadline is fast approaching, we recommend that those wishing to apply to the Fall 2013 semester download the application directly from our website.

Information Request
We will mail you information about the program and a MPPA program application. All you need to do is complete and submit the form below. Information about other degrees and academic programs can be obtained at the University's website. WE CANNOT PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER ACADEMIC PROGRAMS.
In addition to the program application, applicants will also need to submit a University application through CSU Mentor. Additional information for prospective students from Graduate Studies.
Priority application period for fall 2013 is October 1 - December 1, 2012.
On a space available basis, we may continue to accept applications through March 1, 2013.
