David Booher, MA, MS
Lecturer

Mr. Booher studied planning at the University of Tennessee and political science at Tulane University. He is a Planning and Policy Consultant and a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Among his many professional activities, David has provided advisory and consulting services in collaborative policy making to CSUS, the Center for Collaborative Policy, California Department of Water Resources, the Irvine Foundation, and the Hewlett Foundation.
