I am pleased to announce the names of the recipients for this quarter’s Staff Employee Recognition Program:

Lynda Alustiza (Young), Department of
Psychology and Priscilla Llamas-McKaughan, Financial Services.

President Alexander Gonzalez and Lynda Alustiza Lynda Alustiza (Young) works in the Department of Psychology. Lynda’s nominator indicated that she “provides very clear and accurate advice and direction to students.” Her nominator went on to say that she has “streamlined the Psychology Department’s processing and record keeping” and that she “excels in the quality of her work and interaction with students.”

President Alexander Gonzalez and Priscilla Llamas-McKaughan Priscilla Llamas-McKaughan works in Financial Services. Priscilla’s nominator indicated that she “is truly a good will ambassador for Financial Services and the University.” Other comments included that Priscilla “is a consummate professional and she always gives extra attention to callers in identifying the shortest route to a solution.”

My thanks to everyone who sent in nomination forms. We have many commendable staff on campus, and I encourage you to nominate anyone you feel is deserving of this award.
