Academic Program Assessment Tools

Each academic program at Sacramento State implements its assessment system during every academic year and writes an annual assessment report describing and explaining what learning outcomes were assessed that year, how they were assessed, what the findings were, how the faculty interpreted the findings, what actions were planned or taken as a result of the assessment activity, and how the actions are to be assessed for effectiveness.
