Dr. August performs research on the topic of Organizational and Industrial Psychology.

Required qualifications of student research assistants:
1.  Completion of Psyc 5 with a grade of "B" or better.
2.  Completion of Psyc 8 with a grade of "B" or better
3.  Interest in Organizational or Industrial Psychology.
