Application Procedures

There is no formal application process for the undergraduate Psychology major. If you are already a Sac State student, you should declare Psychology as your major and meet with a faculty member in the Psychology Department for advising on course selection. Any full-time faculty member in our Department can be your advisor; students often choose an instructor they like in a class they now have or from a course they have previously taken. You may want an advisor who specializes in your area(s) of interest. A brief overview of faculty interests is available online.
