Mission

Our mission is to facilitate Sacramento State students’ learning by helping reduce psychological symptoms and developmental stressors, cope with difficult life events, and balance academic and social life. CAPS accomplishes these functions by providing high-quality, time-effective, and culturally-sensitive counseling, consultation, outreach, testing, training and psychiatric services.
