Giving a gift to Sacramento State
There are several ways to support the students and programs at Sacramento State. They include:
CASH—Your check to the CSUS Trust Foundation may be unrestricted or designated to a program or purpose in which you have a special interest. Use the enclosed envelope or mail your gift to: Sacramento State Development Office, 7750 College Town Avenue—Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95826.
ONLINE—You may make a secure credit card donation at any time via our website. Visit www.csus.edu/giving and click on “Make a gift.”
SECURITIES—Giving stocks, mutual funds or bonds to Sacramento State might save you from paying substantial capital gains taxes. Call the Development Office at (916) 278-6989 for information on how to transfer securities to the CSUS Trust Foundation.

THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, SACRAMENTO TRUST FOUNDATION—The California State University, Sacramento Trust Foundation was established in 1986 as the philanthropic arm of the University to promote, assist and enhance the educational mission of Sacramento State. It is tax exempt under Internal Revenue code Section 501(c)(3). Donors may give gifts to the CSUS Trust Foundation for specific Sacramento State purposes, and obtain tax benefits in accordance with State of California and United States Federal laws.
