INSTRUCTIONS
The faculty member:
- fills out the Faculty Agreement form;
- obtains the signatures of the project director, department chair, and college dean; and,
- sends the Faculty Agreement form to Research Administration or Contract Administration for final processing.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR FACULTY
- Faculty time sheets are then completed and submitted to Payroll for time worked during the period of the agreement.
- Each quarter University Enterprises submits Faculty Time and Effort Reports to the University's Vice President for Human Resources.

DESCRIPTION
The Faculty Agreement is used for paying faculty overload (up to 25% during the academic year and up to 125% during inter-session).
