Requests will generally be processed within two working days (except weekends, holidays and peak request times).
SacCT Self Service
Create new courses for the semester, and enroll students.
Problem reports are reviewed throughout the day on Monday through Friday. You can expect a response on Monday for problems reported during the weekend.
Guest Account Request
Request for a guest account in a SacCT course.
SacCT Combine Sections / Crosslist Request
Request for multiple sections or interdisciplinary courses to be combined into one course.
SacCT Special Request Form
For non-academic requests for organizations, programs, and departments.
SacCT Delete Request
Request to delete a course from the SacCT system.
Blackboard Feature Request
Request for a new feature or enhancement of the Blackboard 9.1 Learn system.

Server Maintenance - Tuesday Morning (12:01am to 6:30am)
We perform routine maintenance and updates on the server every Tuesday. All users should schedule and plan assignments, tests, and other coursework accordingly.
