- SacCT Intermittent Access Issues

Some users recently had experienced difficulties accessing the system on Wednesday night (9/17/14) around 9:30 PM - 12:00 midnight. These included intermittent login and connection issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and the interruption of service and are continuing to work with Blackboard to resolve this matter.
- SacCT Unavailable – Late Night Sunday 9/14 & Monday 9/15

The SacCT system became intermittently unavailable to users on Sunday 9/14/14 around 10:00 PM- 12:00 Midnight, and on Monday 9/15/14 between 9:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight. Additionally there have been reports of slow system performance around this time. We are currently working with Blackboard to determine the cause and to resolve this matter. For faculty and student reference, system downtimes are posted on the SacCT Server Status web page.
- SacCT Workshops for Instructors

Instructors may register for SacCT Workshops at www.csus.edu/training. Workshops include: Grade Center, Quizzes, Virtual Classrooms, Advanced Tests, Lecture Capture and more. If you are new to SacCT, please register for the SacCT: Quick Start workshop - designed to get you up-and-running with the basics of SacCT.
- Calendar Events Created Manually

For users who create SacCT calendar entries manually, the manually created events cannot be deleted from within a SacCT course’s calendar. If you need to delete a course calendar event, please use the Calendar tool from the Global Navigation Menu instead by following these steps.
- Java Issue: Unable to Launch Collaborate Sessions or Recordings

Collaborate users that have installed Java 7 Update 51 or Update 55 may see the "Unable to launch the application" or "Application Blocked by Security Settings" error(s) display when attempting to join a session and/or watch a recording.
