SacCT SPECIAL COURSE COPY REQUEST FORM (Instructor Use Only)

This form is to be used for requesting content transfers to your active term courses in SacCT from your previous term or migrated courses. Normally, faculty are able to set up their own copy processes in SacCT . However, due to high demand for content copying at the beginning of the Fall 2012 term we are experiencing system performance issues and long delays.

Submitting this request will allow ATCS and IRT to process your course copies on the server side to reduce impacts and delays in setting up your Fall 2012 courses in SacCT . The ability to initiate a copy process from within your courses has been temporarily disabled while we work with Blackboard for a solution to the performance issue.

Please copy the exact title of the Course from your My SacCT Courses list for which you want content copied.

Course Information - Copy From
Please copy the exact title of the Course from your My SacCT Courses list for which you want to use to copy content into your active term course. This will likely be a previous term or migrated course.

Please provide additional instructions in the Comments section. If requesting multiple course copies please supply the exact Copy To and Copy From course titles for each copy process.
