SacCT SPECIAL COURSE REQUEST FORM (Instructor Use Only)
This form is to be used for non-active course requests (i.e. Development) or requests to migrate SacCT/WebCT content. To create an active term course in SacCT , please use the Self-Service tool.
Summer 2011, Fall 2011, and Spring 2012 courses have already been migrated to the new SacCT system. Fall 2012 courses will be migrated after the end of the term.
