I forgot my password or I can't login to SacCT .

I am an adjunct faculty without a SacLink account. How do I gain access to SacCT ?
As a new adjunct faculty member, you may not have immediate access to all of the online resources offered at Sacramento State. If you are in need of immediate access to your online course development environment in SacCT , please fill out and submit the Guest Account web form at http://www.csus.edu/sacct/guest_form.stm. Once you have received Username and Password credentials you will then be able to access SacCT . Simply go to the SacCT login page (online.csus.edu), click the SacCT Login button, then login using your temporary Guest Account Username and Password. When you later receive your SacLink ID, we will disable your Guest Account.

I am an Open University student. How do I gain access to SacCT ?
  1. Make sure you have a SacLink account. If you do not have a SacLink account, you will need to get a copy of your "Registration Form" (that is signed by your Instructor) or "Verification of Intent to Enroll" form filled out by College of Continuing Education (CCE is located in Napa Hall). You need to bring that form over to the IRT Service Desk in ARC 2005. It may take up to 24 hours before you can create a SacLink account.
  2. Your instructor will then need to e-mail web-courses@csus.edu with the following information
    • Student's Name and SacLink ID
    • Course Name and Section Number
  3. You will be added to the SacCT course within 24 hours of receipt of that e-mail, Monday-Friday.

What if the course I'm enrolled in is not listed when I log into SacCT ?
Check with your instructor. Your course may not be listed for several reasons: 1) Your instructor does not have a SacCT course set up, 2) Your instructor has not yet requested that students be given access to the course in SacCT ; 3) You just signed up for the course (it can take up to several days to get access to a course after signing up for it). If you are an Open University student, refer to the SacCT access FAQ for Open University students.
