1. What is my default email address?

2. Can I send/receive files, perform voice chat, participate in a whiteboard session, or participate in application sharing while using the Web Communicator?
   
   At this time, advanced features, such as application sharing and video conferencing are only available for the downloadable client.
   
   
3. What is my username and password?
   
   Your username and password will be the same as your SacLink ID (without the “@saclink.csus.edu) and SacLink password.
   
   
4. Is the Web Communicator Mac compatible?
   
   Yes, the Communicator on the Web is compatible with Macs.
   
   
5. Can I download a full version of Microsoft Office Communicator* ?
   
   See section, Installation and Sign In.
   (The downloadable client is for Windows XP and 2000 only at this time).
   
   * VPN might be required to download the client.
