Whiteboard

White board is a collaborative work feature, in which a program similar to Microsoft Paint allows participants of the chat to draw and write in a shared space seen by all the users.

1. Initiate a chat session with the contact you wish to have your Whiteboard session with.
   
2. Click the Application Sharing icon in the toolbar at the top of the window.
   
3. Once the other members of the chat have accepted the invitation to the data sharing session, a Sharing Controls toolbar will appear at the bottom of the chat window. Select Whiteboard . This will launch the whiteboard application.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the Whiteboard application starts, all the participants in the conversation may write and draw in the shared space using the various tools provided.
