Check SacLink E-mail with Your PDA or Cell Phone

You can check your SacLink e-mail from either a Smartphone or a Personal Data Assistant (PDA).  Either the SacLink wireless network or your wireless service carrier can be used to get to your e-mail. Your PDA or Smartphone must be Wi-Fi capable in order to use the SacLink wireless network.

Check SacLink E-mail using the SacLink wireless network

  1. Connect to the wireless network. The CSUS wireless SSID is SacLink.
  2. Locate and open the Web Browser.*
  3. You will be prompted to log in with your SacLink account to gain access to the wireless network.
  4. Once you are logged in, enter outlook.csus.edu into the browser’s address bar. You may use webmail.saclink.csus.edu/owa for a simplified version of Outlook Web Access.
  5. Log in with your SacLink account to access e-mail.

 

Check SacLink E-mail using your wireless service provider **

  1. Locate and open the web browser.* 
  2. Type in webmail.saclink.csus.edu/owa.
  3. Log in with you SacLink account to access e-mail.

 

* Please consult your PDA or Smartphone manual for assistance with the web browser.
** You may incur data transfer charges from your wireless provider.
