Modify Your Sac State Campus Directory Entry

The Sacramento State Campus Directory aids members of the Sacramento State community in communicating with one another by making contact information available online. The directory is located at: http://directory.csus.edu/

  1. Open up a web browser and go to http://www.saclink.csus.edu.

  2. Click on the Login button to gain access to your SacLink Account Utilities.



  3. Enter your SacLink Username in the Username field and your SacLink Password in the Password field. Click the Login button to continue.



  4. The SacLink Main Menu page will be displayed.


  5. Select the Public Directory Information option.

    1. For Students:

    2. Enter the information that you would like to update or add to the Sac State Campus Directory. Choose Yes from the drop-down box. Click the Update Public Directory Entry button to continue.




      A brief summary of your Public Directory entry will be displayed. To correct any of the information, click on the go back link and update the necessary information.

    1. For Faculty & Staff:

    2. Enter the information that you would like to update or add to the CSUS Public Directory. Choose Yes from the drop-down box. Click the Update Public Directory Entry button to continue.



      A brief summary of your Public Directory entry will be displayed. To correct any of the information, click on the go back link and update the necessary information.




  1. Once all the necessary information is entered or updated, click on the Return to SacLink Menu button to get to the SacLink Main Menu page.
  2. Please make sure to Log Out by clicking on the link at the top of the SacLink Main Menu page.
