A self-taught chef and a savvy business owner, Kurt Spataro has teamed with Randy Paragary to create a dozen outstanding restaurants in Sacramento. Spataro developed his cooking skills from his grandmothers—one of Sicilian descent and one of French-Canadian Midwestern heritage. His restaurants focus on simple, elegant dishes that highlight fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.
