Sacramento Semester Sacramento State offers numerous opportunities for students to get hands-on experience in state government. One of the most popular programs—Sacramento Semester—is celebrating its 30th year of placing undergraduate students in government-related internships. Many of them, like the alumni pictured here, go on to pursue careers in state and local politics.
