The 17th annual Conflict Resolution Training Workshop will take place June 18-22, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., on the Sacramento State campus. Registrants will be notified of the specific location and other details.
This workshop is designed to develop negotiation and mediation skills that will enable participants to manage conflict constructively. Certified mediators have the skills and confidence to help others resolve their disputes effectively.
The interactive workshop combines lecture, videos, role-playing and simulation exercises, and is facilitated by highly experienced mediators who share the theory and methods behind collaborative, interest-based bargaining.
Trainers:
Registration fee: $645, which Includes the course manual and materials, plus two lunches. Check or MasterCard/Visa payments accepted. Make checks payable to: University Enterprises/CAPCR. Refund of payment with penalty before May 1. No refunds after May 1. There is a 10 percent discount for groups of four or more.
