Women’s basketball
Saturday: Lost to Eastern Washington 90-84.
Record: 8-16, 3-8 in Big Sky Conference play. This week: 6:05 p.m. Thursday at Montana; 1:05 p.m. Saturday at Montana State.
Men’s tennis

Women’s tennis
Saturday: Defeated Fresno State 4-3.
Record: 1-2. This week: 2 p.m. Friday at Washington; 4 p.m. Saturday at Washington State.
Track and Field
Friday: Ify Agwuenu set a school record in the women’s weight throw (60-11¼) to lead four Hornet women to register top-five marks in school history in individual events, and Alberto Millan won the men’s weight throw.
Saturday: Zach Coniglio won the men’s shot put for the second time in as many meets, Millan placed third, and Marcus Sannadan scored a personal best as four Hornet men finished in the event’s top 10. Three others finished in the top 10 in the 60-meter hurdles. In the triple jump, Lauren McGlory won to lead three Hornets who finished in the top four.

Gymnastics
Friday: Defeated visiting No. 27 Southern Utah 193.725-192.800. Freshman Kalliah McCartney won the all-around, setting a Sacramento State freshman record with a score of 39.200.
