You will receive a disbursement notification AFTER you have registered through CASPER Plus, with specific details just before the disbursement. CASPER Plus students will not have a Financial Aid check in the first disbursement. Refer to Disbursement Procedures for Financial Aid CASPER Registration/Disbursement Financial Aid Students.

On-line Course Offerings: Check for schedule changes, new course updates, open classes, registration instructions and deadlines. How? Point your Web browser to http://www.csus.edu. At the Sacramento State home page click Course Offerings, then Class Schedules. Select a term. To find courses that meet specific criteria (day and time, General Education requirements, etc.) try the search feature (http://webapps1.csus.edu/classsearch/).

CasperWeb: You can view and update information from your personal CSUS records via the Web - from home, a campus computer lab, anywhere you have Internet access. Using your SacLink account, you have secure access to your grades, credits summary, class schedule, holds, financial aid records, and fee balance. You can change your address, buy books, add or drop classes and pay fees by American Express, Discover Card or MasterCard. Click the CasperWeb on the Sac State Home page, or go to https://casperweb.csus.edu/.

SacNote: Financial Aid, Admissions and Records, and Student Financial Services Offices are increasing the use of email to communicate with students. When you receive an email telling you to log on to CasperWeb to read a SacNote, you have important personal mail waiting on this specially-designed system.

Kiosks: On campus, kiosks located in the Library, Lassen Hall, River Front Center and the University Union allow you to access Casper.NET via touch-screens for information about your financial aid, and printouts of your grades and class schedules.

Touch-tone Telephone: Call 278-8011. Follow the menus. You can listen to updates of your financial aid status, your Sac State grades for the last six terms or the status of your application for admission to Sac State. You will need your Student Identification Number and your Personal Identification Number. (Tip: you don't use the # key here, although you must use the # key in CASPER.)
