RETURN FROM ACADEMIC DISMISSAL
Students who are academically dismissed
must file an Appeal for Readmission to return after their mandatory
absence of one or more semesters. The deadlines for filing the Appeal
for Readmission are as follows:

Students who have stopped for two or more semesters must also file an
application for readmission at http://www.csumentor.edu.
The application filing period for fall semesters is October 1-November
30; for spring semesters, the period is August 1-31.
