by touch-tone phone. The system is available Monday through Friday
(excluding holidays), 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., during CASPER and CASPER
Plus registration. Call (916) 278-8011, listen for the Casper.NET
greeting, press any key to bypass the introductory information and
proceed with the instructions. Make sure to have your credit card
number and four digit expiration date readily available. Some restrictions
do apply as follows: |
| 1. |
If you have a financial hold, you will be denied access
to the system. You will need to clear all financial holds at least
one day prior to being allowed access. |
| 2. |
Sponsored students who have their authorizations on
file will not be allowed to pay as they will already have been cleared
to register through CASPER. |
| 3. |
Phone payment may only be used to pay registration
fees in full or to use the State University Fee Installment Plan
(by using the plan you agree to all terms and conditions of the
agreement as listed in the Class Schedule). You may use only
one charge card number. |
| 4. |
Semester Automobile Parking and Augmented Health Plan
can only be purchased in conjunction with a registration fee payment.
You are unable to purchase Parking and/or Augmented Health by themselves.
Your parking permit will be mailed to the address you have on file
with Admissions and Records. |
| 5. |
Partial payments (other than the Installment Plan)
are not accepted. |
| 6. |
You DO NOT need to return your fee statement
form to the Student Financial Services Center. If you purchased
a parking permit, it will be mailed to the address on file with
Admissions and Records. |
| 7. |
When paying by phone, your payment will post overnight.
You cannot pay and call CASPER to register on the same day. |
