1992/93 To Present General Education Pattern

You must complete a total of 51 units distributed among the Areas specified in this pattern. At least 9 units must be in upper division courses (100-199). Enrollment in upper division GE courses is limited to students who have completed Areas A1, A2, A3 and have taken at least 45 units (not limited to GE classes). At least nine units of GE must be taken in residence (i.e., at CSUS).

** Students with catalog rights prior to Fall 1992: The list of approved courses for the 1983/84-1991/92 GE pattern is no longer published in the Class Schedule. If you need a course list, you may pick up a copy in the Academic Advising Center (LSN-1012) or at the Evaluations Office, Admissions and Records window (LSN lobby).
