Click on CasperWeb. You may access all CasperWeb features, including fee payments, through your student SacLink account. The “Fee payment” link is located under Student Services. Fee payments are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Call toll free CASHNet®SmartPay at 1-866-546-0418 and make your payments by touch-tone phone. The system is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., during CASPER and Casper Plus registration. Make sure to have your credit card number and four digit expiration date readily available. Some restrictions do apply as follows:
- If you have a registration hold, you will be denied access to the system. You will need to clear all holds at least one day prior to being allowed access.
- Sponsored students who have their authorizations on file will not be allowed to pay as they will already have been cleared to register through CASPER.
- Phone payment may only be used to pay registration fees in full or to pay the initial State University Fee Installment Plan payment (by using the plan you agree to all terms and conditions of the agreement). You may use only one charge card number.
- Semester Automobile Parking can be purchased in conjunction with a registration fee payment. Your parking permit will be mailed to the address you have on file with Admissions and Records.
- Partial payments (other than the Installment Plan) are not accepted (i.e., fee waivers, sponsors, partial financial aid).
- You DO NOT need to return your fee statement form to the Student Financial Services Center. If you purchased a parking permit, it will be mailed to the address on file with Admissions and Records.
