Enrollment Is Easy!

Formal admission to Sacramento State is not required to enroll in Winter Intersession. Continuing Sacramento State students will have priority registration from Monday, November 5 – Monday, December 3, 2007.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have met all prerequisites for the courses they wish to take. Enrollment in a CCE class does not constitute admission to the University. Those interested in formal admission to Sacramento State should call the University Admission Office for more information.

Registration process for continuing Sacramento Sate students

Students may register on My Sac State from Monday, November 5 at 8 a.m. to Friday, December 14 at 5 p.m. To register log on to My Sac State at www.my.csus.edu. Use your Saclink username and password.

Once you have registered you should check your account on My Sac State for fees due. Fees will be due by Friday, December 14, 2007. Fees can be paid using American Express, Discover and Master Card on Smart Pay. If you wish to pay by Visa you may call the CCE Winter Intersession office at (916)278-6984. Checks and money orders made payable to CSUS and cash can be paid at the front desk of CCE in Napa Hall.

Registration process for students not admitted to Sacramento State

Students not formally admitted to Sacramento State can begin registering on Monday, December 3. Registration must be done in person at the College of Continuing Education in Napa Hall. Fees are due at the time of registration. Students may pay by cash, credit card or check or money order, made payable to CSUS.

Late Registration

After January 2, 2008, registration is permitted on a space available basis. The instructor’s signature is required on an add/drop form that can be obtained from CCE in Napa Hall. Students are officially enrolled when the completed form and full fees are submitted to CCE. Students registering on or after the first day of the session are required to pay a $25 late fee.

Registration Restrictions

Anyone with an outstanding University obligation (hold) will not be allowed to enroll in Winter Intersession classes until that hold is cleared. Disqualified students must be reinstated to the University prior to being allowed to enroll. Petitions for these actions are available at the Admissions Office.
