Peer Diet Analysis

You will need to complete and turn in a 3-day Diet Analysis Food Record form which must be turned in to the Health & Wellness Promotion office before an appointment can be scheduled. Please allow 5 days to process diet records.

Nutrition Counseling

stress lessNutrition Counseling is an opportunity to meet with our registered dietitian to discuss a variety of nutrition topics. Topics can include healthier eating, eating disorders, food insecurity, and how to access nutrition resources on campus.

Make an appointment either through the online Appointment Center, in person, or by phone at (916) 278-5422.

WELL Into Nutrition Program

healthy-relationshipsWELL Into Nutrition covers techniques for healthier eating including; meal planning, mindful eating, eating on the go, and more. This 4-week course is a great way to learn how to incorporate healthier lifestyle choices into your diet.

Quitting Tobacco

smokingTobacco Cessation resources can be found at Student Health & Counseling. You can find a variety of products to help you quit tobacco at our pharmacy and find resources for support at our Health Promotion office.

Free Condoms

condoms on a tableCondoms and other safer sex materials can be found in the Health Promotion office during our business hours (8am-4pm). We provide a safe place to provide safer sex materials. If you would like assistance in learning more about safer sex materials, feel free to ask and we can provide a demo or resources.
