Leadership Opportunities at Sac State

We provide leadership development, education, recognition, and training to students at Sacramento State through the Leadership Initiative (LI), the Fall Leadership Conference, and Spring Diversity Leadership Conference and Leadership Workshops, a Leadership Blog, and Leadership Awards.

Leadership Initiative (LI) is a multi-tiered certificate program designed to develop students’ leadership and professional skills.

Fall Leadership Conference serves as an opportunity for new and returning student leaders to learn more about being an effective leader on campus.

The Spring Diversity Conference

Spring Diversity Leadership Conference is dedicated to providing students a safe and brave space to explore diversity, leadership, and inclusion.

 The Leadership Workshops

Leadership Workshops provides additional leadership development opportunities for new and experienced student leaders.
